Yes, we ship to all countries worldwide.


How much is shipping? 

Free UK shipping on all purchases £49.99 and over. International shipping will vary according to product size and weight. Message contact page for further enquires. 

How long before I can receive my order?

UK Customers can expect to receive their order next day or within 3-7 business days. International customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-10 business days.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at rugscentral@hotmail.com Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact support@rugscentral.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

I put the wrong email address on my order, please help! 

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Rugs Central will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What's the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
